Anti-corruption programs of Authorities

Authorities, which are defined in Art. 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", are obliged to adopt anti-corruption programs.

The anti-corruption program of the Authority is the third basic document of the anti-corruption direction after the Anti-corruption strategy and the State program for its implementation. It defines the principles of the general departmental policy regarding the prevention and counteraction of corruption and is aimed at managing corruption risks in the activities of a specific Authority.
